Like the chocolates, endives are a delicate product which needs the utmost care and skill to grow into a vegetable meeting all the stringent specifications of the quality test seals.
To name only a few of these strict criteria, our endives are always smooth and white with yellow tips, the shape is symmetrical and the outer leaves are closed at the tips.
In order to guarantee the freshness of the endives, they are sold right from the grower to the consumer.
